On behalf of the Board of Directors of Gulf Helicopters Company, I announce the retirement of Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Mohannadi from his position as Chief Executive Officer, and Capt. Mohammed Hilal M O Al Hilal has been appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Helicopters Company with effect from 18th August 2024. The board of Directors wishes Mr. Al Mohannadi all the best, as he enters a new chapter in his life.
 
It is our distinct pleasure to announce that we have embarked on a new chapter for Gulf Helicopters Company’s journey towards a brighter future, as we are fully committed to continuing this legacy and driving Gulf Helicopters Company towards an even more promising future with our top priority to serve our Clients, Suppliers and Partners.
